D-Scan was born & raised on the southwest side of Detroit,MI. His mother's family is from the south originally with the bloodline from the Hatfields from the infamous Hatfield & McCoy's feud. His Father an immigrant from El Salvador. He started Scantless Beatz & H-Click Recordz when he was teenager taking his street roots & putting that into his music & brand. By 2017 he had lost many friends that shared his journey but his vision would continue on in the memory of his closest friends in life & music Lefty (John Williams),Jay Bad (Jason Bradford),Brick (Britten Gibson) & to many more to name. D-Scan is a entrepreneur that started Scantless Beatz LLC in late 2018. He is also a single father of a teenage daughter & educating her on the importance of self preservation.
